Big and beautiful. Boasting glossy green leaves and white flowers on a striking scale, Spathiphyllum Sebastiano is amongst the largest peace lily varieties. Ideal as floor-standing foliage, create an elegant interior look with the rich glossy green leaves and contrasting white spathes of this simply spectacular Peace Lily.
Please note: Peace lilies have a tendency to spread out widely, resulting in varying heights when measured with leaves in an upright position. Additionally, their large leaves are susceptible to tearing due to their substantial size.

Horty Hints
Bright Light, Big Blooms! This plant is tolerant of all light conditions, however if you want it to flower, pop it somewhere bright – the brighter the better – but avoid direct sunlight.
Ditch the Droop! Peace Lilies will tell you when they are thirsty, the leaves will dramatically droop. If you notice this, the best remedy is to sit the plant in a basin of water for 20 mins.
Be Cruel to be Kind! The white flowers on the Peace Lily will start to turn green or brown when they are spent. Pruning the stem at the base will promote the growth of new ones.
Light
Peace Lilies thrive in locations with moderate to bright, indirect light conditions, however they have been known to adapt well to lower light levels.
Watering
Keep the soil moist at all times. Allow the top of the soil to dry out slightly before watering. The plant will start to droop if it needs more water. Ensure adequate drainage.
Temperature
Spathiphyllum Sebastiano prefers average household temperatures: between 18-24°C but can tolerate temperatures as low as 12°C in winter.
Humidity
The Peace Lily enjoys increased levels of humidity if possible. Mist regularly or sit by the shower for an added boost from time-to-time.
Feed
Apply a weak dose of a liquid fertiliser once or twice a month during the growing season.
Height & Growth Rate
The Sebastiano is not known to be a particularly fast or slow-grower and typically rises to an ultimate height between 1.5 metres and 1.8 metres. Larger leaves are prone to tearing.
Toxicity
These lilies are mildly toxic if eaten. Keep away from children and animals.
